This year I decided to send my x-mas wishes somehow different. I set up an private event on XING and invited most of my contacts to it. Some got I bit confused (sorry!) as I proposed the location CHUR in Switzerland for celebrating this event (actually I didn't want anybody to come here anyway...). have a look at the statistics:

• 8 said "YES"
• 3 said "MAYBE"
• 19 said "NO"

X-MAS? - can't attend....
it was worth trying out this XING feature (my premium membership is expiring soon...). - Talking about the Bible and Religion, here comes "Das Evangelium nach Google" (article in German), worth reading this interview with Vinton G. Cerf, Vicepresident of Google! At the moment, there is quite a discussion about BIG "G" in Switzerland (or Swiss people living in the States like Andreas Göldi, see this or this posting).
Third: Couldn't resist the offer FON was sending out in a newsletter in November: LA FONERA for EUR 10,- Wow, seems a good deal to me! In the end I paid a bit more because they charge extra delivery for Switzerland and I also orderd La Fontenna. So I had two nice parcels under my X-MAS tree (will post foto here) and I wont be an Alien anymore. That's good news for 2008. But I still have some christmas (?) wishes, WIFI Gadgets, no doubts about that, the future IS wireless!
